RETUN
For life after your last appointment

Keep your rehab going on your own.

Retune turns the exercises from your physio into a simple daily routine you can stick with. Tie them to something you already do, tick them off, and take a summary back to your physio when you need a review.

Made by Adam Horwitz, physiotherapist in Sydney (AHPRA PHY0001878511). Free while in testing.

The gap Retune fills

The hard part starts when the appointments stop.

In the clinic you have a plan, someone checking in, and a reason to keep going. Once you're discharged, the exercise sheet goes on the fridge and life gets busy. Retune is built for that stretch.

In the clinicYour physio sets the plan and checks your progress.
After dischargeNo more appointments. The routine is up to you, and it's easy to let it slide.
With RetuneA small daily routine, a short version for busy or sore days, and a summary ready for your next review.
How it works

Four steps, about a minute to set up.

Add your exercises

Type them in, or take a photo of your exercise sheet and check what Retune reads.

Fit them into your day

Pick your days and a time, or tie them to something you already do, like your morning coffee.

Tick them off

One tap when you're done. On busy or sore days, the short version still counts.

See your weeks add up

Track how consistent you've been, with optional pain scores, and share a summary with your physio.

Built around how habits stick

Designed for real weeks, not perfect ones.

Tie it to a cue

"After I pour my morning coffee…"

Linking a new routine to something you already do every day is one of the most reliable ways to build a habit. Pick from dozens of everyday cues or write your own.

A short version for bad days

Tired, sore or short on time? Do one set of each and it still counts. Keeping the routine alive matters more than a perfect session.

No guilt, no streak anxiety

Missing a day doesn't wipe your progress. Retune shows what you've done, not what you've missed, and helps you get back to it.

Your own goals too

Add a walk, the gym, stretching or a daily supplement alongside your physio's plan, each with its own days and cue.

For physiotherapists

Keep patients connected to the plan you gave them.

Retune doesn't replace you. It helps your patients keep doing what you prescribed, and brings them back to you with something useful when it's time for a review.

  • Patients enter your program as written. Changing a dose asks them to confirm they're going against your plan.
  • A one-screen summary shows sessions completed, the weekly pattern, pain trend and current exercises.
  • Pain that's higher than usual prompts the patient to check in with their physio.

Pilot program

Join the Retune pilot.

We're testing Retune with a small group of people who've recently finished physio, and a few physiotherapists. It's free during the pilot, and your feedback shapes what we build next.
